How to Make a Consult And Pay Online of Property Taxes In Maricopa?
1st Step: Go To The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office Website
The first thing to do is go to the Maricopa County government site where they collect property taxes.This page can be searched in any browser or in this link: https://treasurer.maricopa.gov/, when we enter we go to the left side in the Parcel Search section we type our parcel number and click on the Search button.

2nd Step: Create an online tax payment Coupon
In this step we are shown a summary of the debts that we have for property tax, the revision of the values is made and then we have to select the option Create a Payment coupon and click on it.

3rd step: Select Tax Invoice Data to be Paid
In this part you must select the year of property tax to be paid and the date that the payment will be made. Once the dates have been selected and the values have been checked, proceed by clicking on the Pay Online button.

4th Step: Payment Gateway Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office
You will be redirected to the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office payment gateway where you will be shown your property information, review it and continue by clicking on the Confirm button.

5th Step: Selection of Values to be Paid for Taxes by Years
The next step is to add the amounts you wish to pay, the page shows the value of the invoices we owe for current and previous years. We select the one we need to pay by clicking on the Add To Cart button.

6th Step: Go to Property Tax Payment Checkout
After adding the values to be paid, click on the Checkout button to continue.

7th Step: Selecting Online Payment Method
The next part is to choose only one payment method from the ones that appear, which can be by Credit/Debit Card or by E-Check, choose the method according to your convenience and click on the Check Out With (OPTION) button.

8th Step: Accept Terms and Conditions of Payments
A small window will open where we read the terms and conditions of the payment methods and then click on the “I Agree” button.

9th Step: Fill in the Payer’s Data
To complete this step it is required to fill in all the empty fields with the personal and financial information requested. When all the information is filled in we fill in the Acknowledgement box and click on the Approve And Checkout With Echeck button.

10th Step: E-check Payment Gateway
You will now be redirected to the Maricopa Treasurer’s Office E-check portal, where you will be prompted to fill in the bank information to finalize the payment. Fill in the fields and then click the Continue button.

Then confirm the bank information entered and click on the Process Payment button to complete the invoice payment.

11th step: Save Online Payment Support
In this last step, once the payment is finished, it is recommended to download and print the payment support, and delete the navigation data as a precaution before leaving.
