If you currently receive social security benefits and you have a bank account, starting or changing your direct deposit is quick, secure, and easy with a my social security account.

Just log in to your personal account and select the blue benefits and payment details link on the right side of the screen.

Scroll down and select the update direct deposit button.

Choose if you are the owner or co-owner of the bank account.

Next, enter your bank account information, then select when you would like your changes to take place and select next.

  1. First they took two years and four months off my claim citing JUDICATA which is total horse hockey. Cutting my benefits in half. Then cut my 2134 in half saying “You can’t receive SSDI AND SSI”. This after my dump truck attorney told me that SSDI & SSI were the same thing.
